ING Hubs Poland is seeking an Employee Journey Expert to design and improve end-to-end employee journeys across the full lifecycle. You will work across HR, IT, and global stakeholders to translate business needs into clear processes and backlog items.

In this role you will help drive ING's digital HR transformation, contribute to product roadmaps, and use data and metrics to monitor journey performance, ensuring compliant, scalable solutions that enhance employee experience.

Formación

• Experience in HR processes or product-related roles.
• Strong understanding of employee journeys and HR domain.
• Proven ability to gather requirements and translate them into actionable solutions.
• Experience working in Agile environments and cross-functional teams.
• Fluent in English.

Responsabilidades

• Design and improve employee journeys across the full lifecycle.
• Own and continuously enhance end-to-end journeys across systems and touchpoints.
• Identify pain points and drive continuous improvement initiatives.
• Lead journey mapping and contribute to improvement roadmaps.
• Gather and understand business and stakeholder needs and translate into clear designs.
• Convert requirements into high-quality user stories and backlog items.
• Collaborate with HR, IT, and global stakeholders to align and represent employee voice in squads.
• Support product discovery, backlog prioritisation, and delivery in collaboration with the Product Manager, Lead Engineer, and Architect.
• Use data, feedback, and metrics to monitor journey performance and inform improvements.
• Contribute to harmonised and scalable HR solutions in line with global standards.
