Job summary

ING Hubs Poland is seeking an Employee Journey Expert IV to design and improve employee journeys across the full lifecycle, translate business needs into clear process designs, and drive continuous improvement within a global HR transformation.

You will collaborate with HR, IT, and global stakeholders, turning insights into backlog items and shaping the roadmap while ensuring alignment with ING People Strategy.

Qualifications

• Experience in HR processes, employee experience, or product-related roles.
• Strong understanding of employee journeys and HR domain (Workday is a plus).
• Proven ability to gather requirements and translate them into actionable solutions.
• Experience working in Agile environments and cross-functional teams.
• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
• Ability to operate in a complex, international organisation.
• Proactive mindset with a strong focus on continuous improvement.
• Fluent in English (business proficiency).

Responsibilities

• Design and improve employee journeys across the full lifecycle.
• Own and continuously enhance end-to-end journeys across systems and touchpoints.
• Identify pain points and drive continuous improvement initiatives.
• Lead journey mapping and contribute to improvement roadmaps.
• Translate business needs into clear process designs and backlog items.
• Gather and understand business needs and convert to user stories.
• Collaborate with HR, IT, and global stakeholders to align initiatives.
• Represent the voice of the employee within the squad and product team.
• Support product discovery, backlog prioritisation, and delivery in HR projects.
• Use data and metrics to monitor journey performance and drive decisions.
