Job summary

ING Hubs Poland is hiring a Workday Integration Specialist to design, build, test, and deploy Workday integrations in a fast‑paced, international environment.

You will provide ongoing support, monitor AMS activities, and assist in developing new integration systems while ensuring data quality and governance across multiple tenants.

Qualifications

• Hands-on experience designing, building, testing, and deploying Workday integration solutions using EIB, Core Connectors, and Cloud Connect.
• Familiarity with Workday Studio and basic understanding of Payroll integrations (PECI, PICOF).
• Experience supporting inbound/outbound integration issues and making changes to existing integrations.
• Ability to perform routine support and regression testing of interfaces.
• Understanding of data governance and attention to data quality.
• Experience with incident management and integration monitoring.
• Full professional fluency in English (written and spoken).

Responsibilities

We’re looking for you if you have:
