ING Hubs Poland is seeking an Employee Journey Expert IV to design, analyze, and optimize end-to-end employee journeys across the lifecycle. You will collaborate with HR, IT, and global stakeholders to translate business needs into clear process designs and backlog items.

The role emphasizes data-driven improvements, journey insights, and alignment with ING's People Strategy within an international context. Fluency in English is required.

Formación

• Experience in HR processes, employee experience, or product-related roles.
• Strong understanding of employee journeys and HR domain (Workday is a plus).
• Proven ability to gather requirements and translate them into actionable solutions.

Responsabilidades

• Design and improve employee journeys across the full lifecycle.
• Own and enhance end-to-end journeys across systems and touchpoints.
• Identify pain points and drive continuous improvement initiatives.
• Lead journey mapping and contribute to improvement roadmaps.
• Translate business needs into clear as-is and to-be designs and backlogs.
• Collaborate with HR, IT, and global stakeholders to align on solutions.
• Support product discovery, backlog prioritisation, and delivery with the Product Manager and engineers.
• Use data and metrics to monitor journey performance and inform decisions.
