ING Hubs Poland is seeking an Employee Journey Expert to design and improve employee journeys across the full lifecycle. You will own end-to-end journeys across systems and touchpoints, identify pain points, and drive continuous improvement initiatives in a complex, international environment.

The role requires experience in HR processes, knowledge of Workday (a plus), and strong stakeholder management. Fluency in English is essential for collaboration across global teams.
