Job summary

McCormick & Company, based in Poland, seeks a Lead, Employee Experience to design and drive global recognition and wellbeing programs. You will partner with HRBPs, the Global Recognition Center of Excellence, and regional leaders to elevate engagement and reinforce our values.

You will measure impact, manage budgets, and craft communications while coordinating programs across regions. Strong collaboration, data analysis, and change management skills are essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in HR or related field required.
• Solid experience in HR, employee engagement, recognition, wellbeing, or related field within a global corporate environment.
• Strong communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills.
• Excellent organizational and project management abilities.
• Experience collaborating effectively with cross-functional and geographically dispersed teams.
• Ability to analyze data, identify insights, and translate them into practical program improvements.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite, including Excel, PowerPoint, and Word.
• High attention to detail, proactive problem-solving, and comfort working in a changing environment.
• Strong relationship-building and consulting skills with a client-focused mindset.
• Experience in employee experience or employee engagement roles within a corporate setting.
• Demonstrated success designing and delivering programs across multiple regions and cultures.
• Basic understanding of change management principles.
• Familiarity with event planning tools and employee recognition platforms.

Responsibilities

• Support the design, launch, and ongoing delivery of global recognition programs.
• Partner with global and regional stakeholders to create engaging recognition experiences.
• Define success measures, gather feedback, analyze participation data, and recommend program improvements.
• Help coordinate global wellbeing initiatives and related communications.
• Maintain centralized calendars, track progress, and prepare reports and governance materials.
• Support program budgets and collaborate with Finance and external partners.
• Develop clear, engaging communications and materials for employees and leaders.
• Provide project support for broader Employee Experience initiatives.
