Job summary

McCormick & Company, Incorporated seeks a Lead, Employee Experience to design, launch and deliver global recognition and wellbeing programs. You will partner with HRBP, Wellbeing, and regional leaders to elevate employee engagement, reinforce our values, and drive measurable impact.

The role reports to the Director, Wellbeing and Employee Experience and requires strong communication, organizational, and project management skills within a global corporate environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in HR or related field required.
• Solid experience in HR, employee engagement, recognition, wellbeing, or related field in a global corporate environment.
• Strong communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills.
• Excellent organizational and project management abilities.
• Experience collaborating with cross-functional and geographically dispersed teams.
• Ability to analyze data and translate insights into program improvements.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word).
• Attention to detail and proactive problem-solving in a changing environment.

Responsibilities

• Support the design, launch, and delivery of global recognition programs, including awards and campaigns.
• Collaborate with global and regional stakeholders to create engaging recognition experiences.
• Define success metrics, collect feedback, and analyze participation data for improvements.
• Coordinate global wellbeing initiatives and communications.
• Maintain calendars, track progress, and prepare reports and dashboards.
• Assist in budgeting and working with Finance and external partners.
• Develop communications and materials for employees and leaders.
• Provide project support for broader Employee Experience initiatives.
