Job summary

Aristocrat Gaming is seeking a Payroll Officer to manage end-to-end EMEA payroll processing via ADP and EOR providers. You will collaborate with HR, Finance, and external partners to ensure accurate, timely payroll delivery and regulatory compliance in a fast-paced multinational environment.

The role requires 5+ years in payroll across EMEA, strong knowledge of ADP platforms, and fluency in English and Polish. Hybrid work model with three days in the Kraków office is in place.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of payroll experience across EMEA.
• Experience with ADP and/or EOR providers.
• Knowledge of EMEA payroll regulations and compliance.
• Fluent English and Polish communication.

Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end EMEA payroll processing using ADP and EORs.
• Coordinate with HR and Finance for month-end close and audits.
• Ensure accuracy, confidentiality, and timely payroll delivery.
• Oversee invoicing, SLA adherence, and process improvements.
