Job summary

London Stock Exchange Group is seeking a Senior Leader to head a large, globally distributed Operations organisation supporting Data & Analytics and related divisions. You will drive operational strategy, customer outcomes and data quality across 900+ colleagues worldwide.

The role combines strategic execution, transformation and stakeholder collaboration to deliver measurable operational and commercial impact within a complex financial data ecosystem.

Qualifications

• Extensive leadership experience in large-scale operations or information services.
• Strong understanding of financial markets, reference data or related content domains.
• Proven success in leading globally distributed teams through change and growth.
• Experience managing budgets and complex stakeholder environments.

Responsibilities

• Lead a large global operations organisation, setting direction and ensuring consistent execution across multiple teams and regions.
• Deliver high-quality data and services to clients in line with service expectations and performance measures.
• Own and execute the strategic roadmap for the function, including content expansion and service enhancement.
• Drive transformation through process optimisation, automation and the use of AI and other technologies.
• Manage budgets and costs while delivering against financial targets.
• Build a high-performing organisation through leadership, capability development and wellbeing initiatives.
• Partner with product, strategy, commercial and technology to shape future capabilities.
