Job summary

London Stock Exchange Group (LSEG) in Poland is seeking a Manager for Data Transformation to guide content operations modernization through strategic technology capabilities. You will bridge business, operations, and technology, leading a team of 7–15 to deliver transformation initiatives and automation at scale.

You will shape the vision and roadmap for content infrastructure, own business cases, and drive adoption of new tools and processes.

Qualifications

• Proven experience leading, managing, and developing teams in an operational, transformation, product, or technology environment.
• Experience balancing strategic responsibilities with operational delivery through direct and indirect teams.
• Demonstrated success in leading teams through periods of significant business, process, or technology change.
• Experience defining product requirements, roadmaps, and business cases.
• Experience managing complex stakeholder environments and influencing without direct authority.
• Experience establishing and reporting against KPIs and performance metrics.

Responsibilities

• Lead the team through content transformation and operational delivery activities with clear objectives.
• Define vision, roadmap, and priorities for content infrastructure capabilities.
• Translate business challenges into scalable technology solutions.
• Own business cases, product requirements, and release plans for capabilities under remit.
• Provide strategic direction to ensure alignment with long-term transformation roadmap.
• Develop migration and adoption strategies for legacy tools and processes.
• Drive measurable improvements in efficiency, quality, and user experience.
• Engage stakeholders across Product, Technology, Operations, Data Strategy, Risk, and Governance.
• Establish KPIs and governance to monitor performance and business value.
