Job summary

London Stock Exchange Group (LSEG) seeks a Senior Content Specialist to shape the DBOR Transformation, working on operating models, data workflows and tooling across Content Operations.

You will collaborate with Content Infrastructure Owners, Engineering, Product and Operations to refine requirements, drive adoption and deliver transformational change, including AI and automation capabilities, in a global organisation.

Qualifications

• Experience delivering transformation initiatives across business, operational, data or technology domains.
• Strong analytical, business analysis and process-improvement skills.
• Experience documenting processes, requirements and operating models.
• Experience supporting technology implementations, platform migrations or change programmes.
• Ability to analyze complex problems and design practical, scalable solutions.
• Ability to collaborate with engineering and product teams on data workflows.
• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
• Experience working across business and technical teams.
• Knowledge of AI agents, workflow automation, Python, SQL or low-code tools.

Responsibilities

• Translate strategic requirements into executable operational solutions.
• Identify and implement AI, automation and agent-based opportunities to improve efficiency, quality and scalability.
• Define, document and maintain operating models, process documentation and operational standards.
• Support data modelling activities by documenting business rules, workflows, dependencies and operational requirements.
• Develop deep understanding of data sources, rules and processing logic across the data domain.
• Assess impacts of proposed changes on users, processes and downstream operations.
• Lead business testing and validation to ensure solutions meet requirements.
• Facilitate knowledge transfer across operational teams on new tools and functions.
• Gather user feedback and identify enhancements to improve adoption and effectiveness.
• Analyze data sources, lineage, rules and logic to support DBOR capabilities design and deployment.
• Develop expertise in DBOR processes and act as trusted advisor during deployment.
• Identify opportunities to improve processes, data quality, controls and user experience via technology.
