Job summary

London Stock Exchange Group is seeking a Manager for Data Transformation in Poland. You will guide the transformation of Content Operations, bridging business, operations, and technology to modernize processes and drive automation at scale.

You will lead a team of Content Operations Transformation Leads, shape the technology roadmap, and ensure delivery of measurable business outcomes aligned with the LSEG Data & Analytics strategy.

Qualifications

• Proven experience leading teams in transformation, product, or technology environments.
• Experience balancing strategic responsibilities with operational delivery.
• Strong stakeholder management and KPI reporting skills.
• Familiarity with automation tools and analytics technologies.
