Qualifications

• Degree in Computer Science, Mathematics, Engineering, Physics, Business Technology, or related discipline, or equivalent professional experience.
• Experience leading product strategy, roadmaps and business cases.
• Proven ability to drive process automation and data-driven decisions.

Responsibilities

• Define KPIs and success measures for content infrastructure initiatives.
• Lead transformations across multiple business functions and adoption of new tools.
• Build strong relationships with Product, Technology, Operations, and Governance teams to align on priorities.
• Communicate complex concepts clearly to both technical and non-technical audiences.
