Job summary

Qualifications

• Education in medical or biological sciences is preferred.
• Proven organizational and analytical skills are required.
• Previous administrative training/experience is expected.
• Computer proficiency for day-to-day tasks is needed.
• Excellent verbal and written communication in English is essential.
• Ability to work independently and in a team environment.
• Ability to prepare presentation materials.
• Professionalism and mutual respect.
• Willingness to train others on study administration procedures.
• Strong time management with attention to detail in a high-volume environment.

Responsibilities

• Support GSD/GSAD and GSMs by completing delegated study work.
• Initiate and lead the setup of the eTMF and maintain/close it per ICH/GCP and AZ SOPs.
• Collaborate with Site Management, Monitoring, staff and vendors to collect regulatory documents.
• Create and manage regulatory documents for submissions and CSR appendices.
• Maintain study documents and ensure template/version compliance.
• Use AstraZeneca tools for tracking and communication and assist team members.
