Job summary

Docplanner is seeking a Global Web Project Manager to scale our B2B web ecosystem spanning 30+ sites, coordinating multi-language and multi-market efforts. You will own web performance, drive lead generation, and deliver CRO improvements across markets.

You will translate analytics into action, manage end-to-end initiatives with Marketing, Developers, and Designers, and ensure high-quality releases. Remote-friendly with global hubs.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in web management, preferably B2B or SaaS.
• Strong understanding of CRO and lead generation.
• Experience with website analytics tools (GA4, GSC, Hotjar, etc.).
• Familiarity with CMS platforms, preferably HubSpot.
• Project management skills with ability to handle multiple initiatives.

Responsibilities

• Own performance and drive growth through websites.
• Translate data into action with insights from analytics tools.
• Lead cross-functional web projects end-to-end from ideation to launch.
• Coordinate with Marketing, Web Developers, Web Designers, and the Web Analyst.
• Plan and execute CRO initiatives and A/B tests.
• Optimize landing pages and conversion funnels.
• Ensure QA for fast, bug-free releases.
