Job summary

BeOne seeks an Associate Director, Web Technologies Lead to own the global CMS ecosystem (WordPress on Kinsta) and ensure stability, security, and scalable delivery across markets. You will guide governance, release management, and operational excellence, partnering with Digital Strategy & Enablement and other GCMT teams to enable rapid, compliant web initiatives.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required or equivalent combination of education and relevant professional experience.
• 8+ years of experience in web technologies, CMS platform management, digital engineering, or marketing technology, preferably in biotech, pharma, or life sciences.
• Proven experience owning and scaling enterprise CMS platforms across a global, multi-site ecosystem.
• Strong understanding of web governance, including security, privacy, accessibility (WCAG), and compliance requirements.
• Experience managing implementation, development, and production partners, including delivery oversight, prioritization, and performance management.

Responsibilities

• Own the technical roadmap for enterprise web platforms and align with global business priorities and compliance.
• Manage WordPress configuration, hosting, and deployment with governance across markets.
• Oversee release management processes, testing, approvals, and post-launch validation.
• Provide hands-on troubleshooting for CMS, hosting, and site performance issues.
• Drive governance, standards, and operating model for enterprise web platforms.
