Responsibilities

• Partner directly with Sales and Deal Operations leadership to advance business opportunities.
• Handle calculations, correspondence, and deal requests within defined SLAs.
• Verify existing contracts, manage data in Salesforce, and handle contract redlining for accuracy.
• Own the creation of Amendments, Clarification Letters, and Order Forms.

• Partner directly with Sales and Deal Operations leadership to advance business opportunities.
• Handle calculations, correspondence, and deal requests within defined SLAs.
• Verify existing contracts, manage data in Salesforce (SFDC), and handle contract redlining for accuracy.
• Own the creation of Amendments, Clarification Letters, and Order Forms.

What We Are Looking For?

• 2+ years handling high-volume transactions or working in Sales Operations / Deal Desk.
• Strong, hands-on proficiency with Salesforce (SFDC) and Excel/Google Sheets.
• Excellent written and spoken English (at least upper-intermediate level).
• A strong team player who thrives under pressure, manages multiple priorities, and is interested in AI-driven tools.
