Job summary

OANDA in Kraków is seeking an experienced Salesforce professional to join our team as a technical authority for our global Salesforce ecosystem. You will shape migrations, integrations, and modernization efforts within a SCRUM Agile setting.

The role requires deep declarative and programmatic Salesforce skills, DX/DevOps practices, and fluent English; hybrid work with two office days per week is expected. You will mentor admins and collaborate with architects to deliver robust solutions.

Qualifications

• Min. 5 years of experience in Salesforce-related roles.
• Hands-on with declarative features (Flows, Security Model, Permission Sets) and programmatic skills (Apex, LWC, Sales & Service Cloud, Knowledge).
• Experience migrating legacy products and refactoring code for platform modernization.
• Proven track record managing large-scale, cross-system integrations from inception to delivery.
• Proficiency with Salesforce DX, automated testing, and continuous delivery in an Agile environment.
• Fluent English and strong communication skills.
• Proactive, self-driven with strong organizational abilities.

Responsibilities

In this role, you will join a team of 6 members based primarily in Poland, serving as an internal technical authority and operational partner for our global Salesforce ecosystem.

We work in a hybrid model - we'd love to meet you in the office 2 times a week with respect to your own commitments.

In this role, you will:

• Collaborate closely with our Solution Architect to implement robust technical designs for complex Salesforce initiatives.
• Drive the migration of legacy systems to Salesforce and modernize existing platform components.
• Build and optimize controllers, triggers, and Lightning Web Components (LWC) while setting high code quality standards.
• Serve as a technical mentor for Salesforce System Administrators, guiding them on best practices, troubleshooting complex configurations, and elevating their platform knowledge.
• Integrate Salesforce with AI tools (e.g., Salesforce Einstein, AI Agents, external LLM APIs) and connect 3rd-party services (REST/SOAP).
• Drive innovation using Salesforce DX/DevOps practices within a SCRUM Agile environment.

What skillset do you need to be successful in this role?

Min. 5 years of experience in similar positions but impact matters more than years.

Deep, hands-on knowledge of Salesforce declarative features (Flows, Security Model, Permission Sets) combined with expert programmatic skills (Apex, LWC, Sales & Service Cloud, Knowledge).

Practical experience migrating legacy products and refactoring code as part of platform modernization projects.

Proven track record in managing large-scale, complex cross-system integration projects from inception through to delivery.

Strong familiarity with Salesforce DX, automated testing, and continuous delivery in an Agile framework.

Fluent English.

Proactive and self-driven approach with strong organizational skills and the ability to work independently.

Nice to have:

• Hands-on experience connecting Salesforce with AI products, third-party APIs (REST/SOAP), and leveraging AI coding assistants to optimize development workflows.
• Salesforce Certifications (e.g., Platform Developer I/II, Salesforce AI Specialist).
