Job summary

HCLTech is seeking a Global Data Services Analyst to manage and optimize the internal data collection process across multiple applications, supporting GSK areas like Compliance, Audit & Assurance and Legal Investigations. You will ensure data delivery, lifecycle management, and compliance alignment, while driving efficiency and reducing costs.

The role emphasizes strong technical and business process understanding, with opportunities to implement automation and collaborate with offshore vendors.

Qualifications

• Experience managing IT services or operational processes within agreed service levels and timelines.
• Working knowledge of SQL for queries and data validation.
• Programming or scripting skills to support automation and continuous improvement – Python preferred.
• Experience supporting day-to-day service operations, troubleshooting and making decisions.
• Understanding of service management processes, controls, and reporting practices.
• Experience with process improvement to enhance efficiency or user experience.
• Strong stakeholder management, communication, and presentation skills.

• Deliver the data collection process operations across a large group of applications throughout the business life cycle.
• Align data delivery, compliance, lifecycle management and disposal with TECH and business direction.
• Support continuous improvement to lower cost of ownership and balance risk.
