Job summary

Talent Complete is seeking a Global Data Services Analyst to oversee the data collection operations across a wide set of applications throughout the business lifecycle. You will deliver day-to-day IT services and data processing to support Global Legal & Compliance, Audit, and other groups, while focusing on reliability and process improvement.

Qualifications

• Experience managing IT services or operational processes within agreed service levels.
• Working knowledge of SQL for running queries or scripts and validating data completeness and accuracy.
• Programming or scripting skills to support automation and continuous improvement initiatives – python preferred
• Experience supporting day-to-day service operations, troubleshooting issues, and making sound technical or process decisions.
• Understanding of service management processes, operational controls, and reporting practices.
• Experience with process improvement, including identifying opportunities to improve efficiency, quality, or user experience.
• Strong stakeholder management, communication, and presentation skills, with the ability to manage expectations and drive outcomes.

Responsibilities

• Deliver business operations and day-to-day technical services operations of the internal data collection process across multiple applications throughout the business life cycle.
• Plan data extracting, delivery and disposal processes from production applications and align with support strategy.
• Maintain continuous improvement to reduce cost of ownership and balance risk while improving user experience.
• Provide troubleshooting and issue resolution to support day-to-day service operations.
• Communicate with stakeholders and ensure reporting practices meet governance standards.
