Responsibilities As a Global Data Services Analyst, you will be responsible for delivering the business operations and the day-to-day technical services operations of the internal data collection process across a large group of applications within the entire business life cycle to support specific areas of GSK, such as Global Legal & Compliance, CRAM – Compliance Risk Analytics & Monitoring, Audit & Assurance, CSI and Legal Investigations. The process includes data delivery, compliance alignment, process maintenance, life cycle management, planning of data extracting, delivery and disposal process from a variety of production business applications and ensuring the support strategy is in alignment with the overall TECH and business direction. An ongoing commitment to improving the user experience, lowering the cost of ownership and balancing risk is required for each application with an emphasis on continuous improvement. This requires a balance of business process understanding and technical skills.

We are looking for professionals with these essential skills and experience to succeed in this role:

  • Experience managing IT services or operational processes, with the ability to deliver work within agreed service levels and timelines.
  • Working knowledge of SQL for running queries or scripts and validating data completeness and accuracy.
  • Programming or scripting skills to support automation and continuous improvement initiatives – python preferred
  • Experience supporting day-to-day service operations, troubleshooting issues, and making sound technical or process decisions.
  • Understanding of service management processes, operational controls, and reporting practices.
  • Experience with process improvement, including identifying opportunities to improve efficiency, quality, or user experience.
  • Strong stakeholder management, communication, and presentation skills, with the ability to manage expectations and drive outcomes.
