Job summary

Holisticon Connect seeks an experienced Business Data Analyst to join a global cross-functional team delivering data-driven solutions in pharmaceutical and life sciences. The role focuses on data governance, consent management, and regulatory compliance within a highly regulated environment.

You will collaborate with stakeholders, data teams, and technology experts to shape data-quality, traceability, and compliant reporting solutions across clinical and research processes.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of professional experience as a Business Data Analyst.
• Experience in complex, integrated environments with multiple systems and stakeholders.
• Strong knowledge of BA methodologies, techniques, and best practices.
• Experience gathering, analyzing, and documenting requirements.
• Experience with process modelling, backlog management, and stakeholder engagement.
• Hands-on Agile experience (Scrum, Kanban).
• Proficient in JIRA and Confluence; UML/BPMN modelling knowledge.

Responsibilities

• Gather, analyze, and document business and functional requirements.
• Translate business needs into user stories, acceptance criteria, and flows.
• Model and optimize end-to-end business processes and data flows.
• Facilitate workshops and requirement sessions with global stakeholders.
• Support data governance, data quality, and consent management initiatives.
