Qualifications

• Experience analyzing and documenting business processes with clear visuals (BPMN).
• Ability to gather, structure, and validate requirements for development-ready docs.
• Strong communication with business stakeholders and technical teams.
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in IT, logistics, business, or related field.
• Fluent English, both spoken and written.

Responsibilities

• Analyze end-to-end processes to identify optimization and automation opportunities.
• Own automation and digital solution recommendations with benefits and risks.
• Elicit and document requirements ready for development (BRD, user stories, acceptance criteria).
• Bridge business and development teams through analysis to go-live.
• Support post-implementation value tracking and continuous improvement.
