Job summary

Solvex Solutions is seeking a Global Data Services Analyst to support data collection operations across multiple applications in Poznań. You will manage data delivery, ensure SLA alignment, and drive improvements in workflow reliability.

You will develop automation scripts (Python) and maintain data extraction and disposal processes in line with business strategy, while collaborating with offshore teams.

Qualifications

• Experience managing IT services or operational processes within SLAs.
• Working SQL knowledge for querying and data validation.
• Scripting/automation skills (Python preferred).
• Experience troubleshooting and making technical/process decisions.
• Understanding of service management, controls, and reporting.
• Process improvement experience.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.

Responsibilities

• Own day-to-day service operations for data collection processes across multiple applications.
• Run and validate SQL queries to ensure data completeness and accuracy.
• Build and maintain automation scripts (Python preferred) to streamline workflows.
• Troubleshoot operational issues and drive process improvements.
• Monitor service levels and ensure alignment with agreed SLAs.
• Collaborate with cross-functional and offshore teams.
