Job summary

Standard Chartered is seeking a Data Privacy Operations lead to oversee privacy requirements for client-facing digital assets, including websites and applications. This role could be based in India and Poland, with flexible country selection during application.

The Senior Manager collaborates with business and asset owners to maintain privacy notices, cookie policies and banners, tracks changes, and drives remediation across the group.

Qualifications

• Proven data privacy expertise gained through legal background or practical experience.
• Professional qualifications such as CIPP or equivalent.
• Ability to independently draft and review privacy notices.
• Strong understanding of global data privacy regulations.

Responsibilities

• Review and draft privacy notices, cookie policies, and cookie banners with stakeholders.
• Advise and train businesses on Group privacy requirements.
• Advise on simplifying and improving privacy procedures.
• Use OneTrust to manage privacy notices and cookies.
• Promote awareness of data privacy across the organisation.
• Drive remediation and manage privacy controls.
