ALTEN Polska is seeking an experienced Data Privacy & Compliance professional to guide business users, conduct privacy assessments, and collaborate with cross‑functional teams across markets. You will ensure alignment with global privacy frameworks and stay ahead of regulatory changes.

The role requires 6–8 years of privacy experience, strong communication skills, and fluency in English. A full‑time contract is offered with opportunities for professional growth within ALTEN Polska.

Qualifications

• 6–8 years of experience in data privacy, compliance, or a related field.
• In-depth knowledge of privacy laws and regulations (e.g., GDPR, CCPA).
• Detail-oriented with strong multitasking abilities.
• Strong stakeholder management, able to build partnerships and translate concepts quickly.
• Excellent interpersonal, analytical, and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Guide business users across markets in accurately inputting cases to meet control requirements.
• Conduct privacy assessments of operational processes and mitigate data-related risks.
• Collaborate with project managers to implement data privacy initiatives in programs.
• Raise awareness of evolving data privacy laws and their impact on operations.
• Act as a subject matter expert on global data privacy and protection laws with Legal and Compliance teams.
