Job summary

ZF Group is seeking a Data Privacy Training and Monitoring Specialist to help shape privacy compliance across our international teams in Poland and Europe.

You will design and run web-based privacy trainings, manage risk and IC controls, coordinate global privacy calls, and drive group-wide initiatives while collaborating with Compliance and IT. Fluent English required; German a plus.

Qualifications

• Completed higher education – at least bachelor degree.
• Excellent (self-) organizational and time management skills.
• High level on trustworthiness, open-minded and eager to take over hands‑on tasks.
• Good analytical and problem‑solving skills.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills in English; German would be a benefit.
• Excellent skills in handling MS Office 365 applications (PowerPoint, Excel, Word).
• Knowledge and hands‑on experiences of Data Privacy (EU GDPR), Compliance or Risk Management desirable.
• Ability to understand market and business needs while safeguarding privacy compliance.
• Working in a multidimensional environment with various stakeholders involved.
• Cooperation with the general IT management.

Responsibilities

• You are responsible for the Data Privacy web-based training and targeted trainings and their operation and development.
• Regular execution of IC controls and risk management in Data Privacy including following-up of findings.
• Coordinating, organizing and facilitating community calls with the global Data Privacy network.
• Own group-wide projects and initiatives to enhance the ZF’s Data Privacy.
• Interface to other departments (e.g., Compliance) on operational Data Privacy matters.
• Support in tracking project milestones and tasks within Corporate Data Privacy with MS Planner.
• Manage concrete implementation tasks derived from the Data Privacy Management System.
• Assist the Privacy Leadership team with hands-on management support in day-to-day business.
