Job summary

Customs Support Group in Poland is seeking an experienced Declarant to manage import/export declarations, ATLAS shipping documents, and duties calculations in a dynamic, international setting.

Fluent English (B2) and German (B1) are required, and you must reside in Poland.

Qualifications

• Solid experience in import/export customs declarations
• English min B2 and German min B1 mandatory
• Experience in freight forwarding and logistics preferred
• MS Office proficiency required
• SAP GTS experience advantageous

Responsibilities

• Create shipping documents and import/transit declarations via ATLAS
• Calculate import duties and prepare monthly statements
• Submit customs documents for review and handle customs irregularities
• Prepare all necessary customs declarations for imports/exports
• Prepare order instructions and coordinate with other departments
• Respond to customer inquiries and advise on customs matters
