Versuni in Warsaw is seeking an experienced Customs Manager to join our global Finance, Operations & Tax team. You will ensure compliance with global customs regulations, manage risks, and drive improvements across international trade operations.

You will lead projects on HS classification, valuation, country of origin, and process harmonization, collaborating with ERP systems including SAP and SAP GTS. Fluency in Polish and English is required.

Qualifikationen

• Degree in international trade, SCM, business administration, or law.
• Minimum 5 years in customs or global trade compliance.
• Strong knowledge of HS classification, valuation, origin rules, and import/export compliance.
• Experience with ERP/trade systems, ideally SAP/SAP GTS.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management.

Aufgaben

• Ensure global import/export activities comply with trade regulations.
• Identify compliance risks and implement mitigations.
• Develop and maintain customs policies and controls.
• Lead customs projects across markets (HS, origin, valuation).
• Monitor regulatory developments and advise on risks and actions.
• Oversee external brokers and service providers.
• Coordinate audits and remediation activities.
• Drive continuous improvement in compliance and cost optimization.
• Own customs duty reporting and monitor costs.
