MTU Aero Engines Polska Sp. z o.o is seeking a SAP GTS Consultant (W/M) to join our IT and global trade team in Tajęcina. You will participate in projects implementing and harmonizing foreign trade, customs, and export controls, focusing on SAP GTS solutions.

The role requires deep SAP GTS expertise, strong analytical skills, and ability to work with international teams. English and Polish language proficiency is essential, with opportunities for professional growth and international

Qualifications

• University degree in business informatics, IT, business administration, or logistics.
• Practical experience in SAP consulting and customization, preferably SAP GT.
• Experience with SAP solutions in SD, MM, LE modules.
• Strong understanding of customs processes in inbound/outbound logistics.
• Knowledge of export control processes and product classification.
• Strong analytical and process-oriented thinking.
• Able to work independently in international teams.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management.

Responsibilities

• Participating in national and international projects focused on implementation, optimization, and harmonization of foreign trade, customs, and export control processes.
• Leading and coordinating SAP Global Trade Services projects
• Analyzing and optimizing customs compliance, trade control, and logistics integration
• Conducting workshops and gathering business requirements from stakeholders
• Advising business users on solution design and preparing technical concepts and training materials
• Translating business requirements into functional and technical specifications; collaborating with development teams
• Configuring and enhancing SAP GTS solutions to meet business requirements
• Working closely with international teams across locations
