Job summary

DSV, a global leader in transport and logistics, seeks an experienced customs professional to manage clearance processes and prepare declarations in line with regulations. You will verify documentation, liaise with authorities, and monitor progress to ensure timely, compliant deliveries.

Responsibilities include data entry in systems, managing guarantees, improving invoicing data accuracy, and maintaining customer relations.

Qualifications

• Experience in a similar customs-related role.
• English proficiency at least A2/B1.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Willingness to work in a shift-based environment.

Responsibilities

• Managing customs clearance processes and preparing customs declarations in line with applicable regulations.
• Verifying the accuracy and completeness of customs documentation to ensure compliance and operational efficiency.
• Liaising with customs authorities and representing the company in matters related to customs procedures.
• Performing customs-related activities in a timely and accurate manner while monitoring the progress of customs clearances.
• Entering and maintaining shipment and customs-related data in dedicated systems.
• Monitoring and administering financial guarantees related to customs operations and maintaining the required records.
• Ensuring the accuracy and availability of data necessary for the correct invoicing of customs services.
• Building and maintaining strong relationships with customers, proactively addressing operational challenges and preventing delays.
• Supporting post-clearance activities, including customs claims, audits, verifications, and customs proceedings.
