Alfa Laval is seeking a Customer Support Specialist in Warszawa to manage customer orders and inquiries, acting as a key link between customers and internal departments. The role focuses on accurate order processing, timely communication, and effective resolution of customer-related matters.

The successful candidate will be customer-focused, well-organized, and able to work independently, ensuring smooth order lifecycle management and proactive issue resolution in a global organization.

Formación

• Experience in customer support or order management is required.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Excellent organizational and analytical abilities.
• Ability to work independently and take ownership of responsibilities.

Responsabilidades

• Review incoming orders for accuracy and compliance with contractual requirements.
• Enter customer orders accurately and efficiently into the ERP system.
• Manage orders and related information through the complete order lifecycle, including post-shipment activities and order closure.
• Coordinate and communicate order changes with internal departments.
• Respond to customer inquiries regarding orders, account information, billing, cancellations, and service-related matters.
• Support the resolution of complaints, order discrepancies, and delivery issues.
