Job summary

Alfa Laval in Łódź is seeking a Customer Support Specialist to manage customer orders and inquiries, acting as a link between customers and internal departments. You will coordinate with sales, logistics and finance to ensure smooth order flow.

Responsibilities

• Review incoming orders for accuracy and contractual compliance.
• Enter customer orders accurately into the ERP system.
• Manage orders and related information through the full order lifecycle, including post-shipment activities.
• Coordinate order changes with relevant internal departments.
• Respond to customer inquiries regarding orders, billing, cancellations and service matters.
• Support resolution of complaints, discrepancies and delivery issues.
