Qualifications

• Experience in customer support or order management likely required.

• Fluency in Polish and English.

Responsibilities

• Review incoming orders for accuracy and compliance with contractual requirements.
• Enter customer orders accurately and efficiently into the ERP system.
• Manage orders and related information throughout the complete order lifecycle, including post-shipment activities and order closure.
• Coordinate and communicate order changes and revisions with relevant internal departments.
• Respond to customer inquiries regarding orders, account information, billing, cancellations, and other service-related matters.
• Support the resolution of complaints, order discrepancies, and delivery issues.
