Biopharma Careers seeks a Customer Support Representative in Wroclaw. You will be the primary contact for customers, handling inquiries by phone, email, and web, and own the full order cycle from entry to delivery documentation.

Work model starts 5 days weekly from the office for onboarding, then a hybrid setup. You will collaborate with Commercial, Finance and Distribution teams in a dynamic international environment.

Qualifications

• Excellent command of English and German.

• Ability to learn and master ERP tools quickly.

Responsibilities

• Serve as primary contact for customers via phone, email, and web.
• Own full order cycle from entry to status updates and documentation.
• Resolve shipping issues and ensure timely documentation.
• Collaborate with Commercial, Finance and Distribution teams.
