Qualifications

• Excellent command of English and German is essential.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary contact for customers via phone, email and web, handling inquiries professionally.
• Own the full order cycle from entry to status updates, resolving shipping issues and ensuring documentation.
• Collaborate with Commercial, Finance and Distribution teams to ensure seamless interactions.
• Work in a hybrid model from the Wroclaw office with standard CET hours.
