Job summary

DSV Road GmbH is seeking a Customer Service Agent International to support our overseas branches from Duchnice. The role focuses on professional email and telephone communication, processing export and import orders, and handling inquiries and quality issues across borders.

Ideal candidates will have a communicative level of English, analytical thinking, and the ability to learn quickly. The position includes an employment contract and access to internal training and various employee benefits.
