Citigroup Inc. in Warsaw, Poland, seeks a Cross-disciplinary Controls Lead Analyst to own end-to-end design and governance of complex cross-border controls for Wealth Management globally.

You will lead CAP governance, partner with Legal, Compliance and risk teams, and drive automation initiatives to reduce friction while maintaining regulatory adherence. The role requires senior stakeholder engagement, independent judgment, and a track record of driving process improvements within financial

Qualifications

• Experience designing end-to-end controls, metrics, analytics and reporting.
• Strong strategic planning, trend analysis and complex problem solving.
• Excellent communication, diplomacy and negotiation skills.
• Ability to work autonomously with independent judgment.
• Experience driving process improvement and automation initiatives.
• Knowledge of risk management framework and governance.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end design, creation and implementation of cross-border controls, KRIs and metrics for Wealth Management globally.
• Oversee CAP governance, root-cause analysis, and remediation strategies with rigorous QA.
• Formulate policy, update SOPs and obtain stakeholder non-objections across 1LOD/2LOD.
• Drive control enhancement and automation using AI, data analytics and reporting tools.
• Escalate risks to senior management and the C15 Officer with transparency.
• Serve as SME on Citi's Cross-Border Activity program and mentor junior staff.
• Drive MCA execution, approvals and continuous improvements, collaborating with CTU.
