Job summary

Citi Solutions Center Poland is seeking a Cross-disciplinary Controls Lead Analyst to govern end-to-end cross-border controls for Wealth Management globally. You will own CAPs, lead policy updates, and drive automation initiatives while coordinating with senior stakeholders to ensure regulatory and Citi policy compliance.

The role requires autonomy, strong SME capabilities, and collaboration with 1LOD/2LOD.

Qualifications

• 6+ years of experience in Financial Services or related field.
• Experience in Wealth Management, Cross-Border Activities, Risk Management, Compliance, or Control Design.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end design and governance of cross-border controls for Wealth Management globally.
• Oversee CAPs, root-cause analysis, and remediation strategies to prevent recurrence.
• Formulate and govern global policies, SOPs, and procedures with 1LOD/2LOD alignment.
• Drive control enhancement and automation using AI, data analytics, and reporting tools.
• Identify and mitigate emerging risks; escalate issues to senior management.
