Job summary

ICG Europe S.a r.l. in Warsaw is seeking an Associate in Risk & Controls Oversight. The role focuses on portfolio management delegate oversight, product lifecycle governance and reporting to key stakeholders across London, Luxembourg and Poland.

You will contribute to due diligence, post‑NPA activities, and the integration of ESG considerations while coordinating with Service Providers and internal teams. Strong analytical and collaboration skills are essential for success.

Qualifications

• Undergraduate degree in Finance, Economics, Business Administration, Law or Risk Management.
• Postgraduate degree in the above subjects will be considered a plus.
• Experience in asset management or related financial services is desirable.
• Exposure to EU regulatory frameworks is advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate New Product Approval submissions to governing bodies for funds, mandates and product initiatives.
• Oversee post-NPA activities and sign-off requirements.
• Maintain ongoing oversight of AIFM products and reporting to governing bodies.
• Support governance and oversight of fund changes, restructurings and liquidations.
• Integrate ESG and sustainability considerations across processes and reporting.
