Job summary

State Street Investment Management, based in Krakow, is seeking a Business Controls professional to support first-line risk management across regions. You will influence teams, coordinate multiple programs, and ensure accurate data handling within a global controls framework.

The role requires collaboration with Legal, Compliance, Risk, and Sales, with office presence three days per week. A Bachelor’s degree and 2+ years in asset management help you excel in this environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree with exposure to compliance, audit, risk management or controls within financial services.
• 2+ years of asset management industry experience preferred.
• Proficiency in PowerPoint, Excel, Word; familiarity with Tableau and SharePoint is advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Oversee MFN obligations and related governance activities.
• Manage client attestation processes and responses.
• Support compliance, regulatory, audit, and risk activities.
• Collaborate with Legal, Compliance, Risk, Contracting, Sales and other teams.
• Build and maintain global business controls standards.
