Avon Cosmetics Polska seeks a Senior Financial Controllership Analyst to provide operational and analytical support to Controllership and GBS, ensuring effective month-end close, financial review, control monitoring, and certification activities. You will prepare reporting packages and support management reviews with timely information.

You will collaborate with global stakeholders, maintain control templates, and drive process improvements while supporting audits and governance reporting.

Qualificações

• Experience in Finance, Accounting, Controllership, or related environment.
• Understanding of month-end close processes, financial reporting, and financial controls.
• Experience preparing financial reports, reconciliations, and management reporting packages.
• Knowledge of governance, compliance, and internal control processes.

Responsabilidades

• Preparing monthly P&L and Balance Sheet review packages for multiple markets.
• Supporting Controllers with financial data, analysis, and reporting during month-end close.
• Maintaining recurring financial reports and analytical files for reviews and close.
• Consolidating information from multiple markets and preparing summaries for management review.
• Coordinating certification activities and monitoring completion across markets.
• Assisting audits and gathering evidence for internal and external reviews.
