You will review results, assess risks, and support the control environment, collaborating with market finance teams, Global Business Services, and global stakeholders. You will lead monthly close, provide insights, ensure policy compliance, and drive continuous improvement across the

Qualifications

• Experience in Finance, Accounting, Audit, Controllership or related field.
• Knowledge of financial reporting, accounting principles and financial controls.
• Experience reviewing financial statements, balance sheet reconciliations, and reporting processes.
• Understanding of financial governance, risk assessment and internal control frameworks.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management across geographies.

Responsibilities

• Review monthly P&L and Balance Sheet results, identify variances and risks.
• Assess accuracy of reported balances and key reconciliations.
• Provide insights and commentary to support management reporting and close processes.
• Support timely month-end, quarter-end and year-end reporting activities.
• Act as primary Controllership contact for assigned markets and collaborate with GBS.
• Identify and monitor financial reporting risks; promote policy compliance.
