Avon Polska is seeking a proven Finance leader to run the Intercompany Centre of Excellence, ensuring accurate, timely intercompany activities and strong internal controls. You will plan monthly cycles, update policies, and partner with a third‑party service provider, while developing the team and driving efficiency across finance, tax and FP&A.

The role requires 5+ years in finance with accounting operations, at least 2 years in supervision, a Bachelor's in Finance/Accounting, and excellent

• Lead end-to-end intercompany processes to ensure accurate transaction flow.
• Own and develop the intercompany service model with Tax and FP&A.
• Review processes for regulatory changes and exceptions.
• Create, maintain, and improve SOPs for standardisation and efficiency.
• Ensure compliance with internal policies and local regulations.
• Act as main contact for intercompany queries and escalations.
• Drive continuous improvement, automation, and system enhancements.
• Coach the intercompany accounting team to build talent.
