Job summary

Moderna Warsaw is seeking an experienced and commercially minded procurement and contracting professional to shape how we manage agreements across our global organization.

You will oversee the commercial contract lifecycle, from initial requests and drafting through Legal review, negotiation, approvals, signature and downstream procurement activities, while supporting CLM capabilities and governance.

Qualifications

• Experienced procurement and contracting professional.
• Experience with contract lifecycle management (CLM).
• Familiarity with governance and compliance in contracting.

Responsibilities

• Manage commercial contracting activities across the full contract lifecycle: coordination from initial request to invoicing.
• Coordinate incoming contract requests and Legal review workflows.
• Review, draft and edit a broad range of commercial agreements across categories.
• Maintain and improve standardized contracting templates (MSAs, Consulting, Supply, License, Distribution).
• Partner with Procurement Category Management to align contracting with commercial strategy.
• Support CLM systems and digital contracting workflows, including tools such as Agiloft.
• Strengthen contract governance, compliance and records management.
• Coordinate contracting communications and approvals with internal and external stakeholders.
