Job summary

Emerson in Warsaw is seeking a Contract Administrator to support the execution of customer contracts and orders across the full lifecycle—from acceptance to invoicing and payment collection. You will collaborate with sales, finance, logistics, suppliers, and customers to ensure compliance, accurate ERP processing, and timely delivery, while maintaining audit-ready documentation.

This role requires at least 2 years of related experience, strong English and Ukrainian, and comfort navigating ERP

Qualifications

• At least 2 years of experience supporting business operations, contracts administration, order management, or related environment.
• Proficiency in English and Ukrainian, with effective communication.
• Experience with Microsoft Office applications.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities.
• Collaborative approach across teams and functions.
• Ability to learn and navigate business systems used for order and contract management.
• Commitment to accuracy, integrity, and customer-focused service.

Responsibilities

• Review customer contracts and orders to ensure compliance with terms and export rules.
• Process orders in ERP systems and maintain documentation.
• Manage approvals through contract review/compliance platforms.
• Collaborate with sales, finance, supply chain, logistics, and others.
• Coordinate material requirements with intercompany and suppliers; monitor delivery.
• Maintain backlog information and address issues affecting orders/delivery.
• Support timely delivery while complying with revenue recognition and invoicing requirements.
• Ensure all transaction documentation is audit-ready.
• Assist receivables collection by closing contractual requirements.
• Support shipment coordination and stakeholder communication.
• Contribute to continuous process improvement for efficiency and customer satisfaction.
