Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in supply chain management, business, operations, or related field.
• Minimum 2 years of professional purchasing experience in a manufacturing environment.
• Fluent in English, written and spoken.
• Experience with ERP/MRP systems and procurement data management.

Responsibilities

• Establish and develop relationships with new suppliers to support new product introductions and production transfers.
• Define purchasing parameters, pricing structures, and minimum order quantities for new materials.
• Coordinate procurement of samples, raw materials, and components for development and testing.
• Support supplier selection and sourcing strategies with Commodity Managers.
• Maintain ERP data accuracy for supplier, pricing, and purchasing information.
• Provide daily support to planning teams by addressing supply issues and coordinating corrective actions.
• Manage phase-in and phase-out activities to ensure smooth transitions and minimize risks.
• Analyze supplier performance and drive cost reductions and supply chain improvements.
• Contribute to inventory optimization and cross-functional supply chain projects.
