Job summary

Adecco Group Kraków is seeking a Compliance Team Leader to oversee MSP compliance processes, audits, and SOPs, reporting to the Global Compliance Senior Manager. You will lead the Global Compliance Specialist team, drive improvements in efficiency and quality, and manage audit schedules and issue tracking while collaborating with clients and suppliers.

Strong communication and leadership are essential for success.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
• Four years of compliance experience, preferably in contingent workforce
• Supervisory/management experience
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to build relationships with colleagues, management, clients and suppliers
• Ability to streamline processes and meet deadlines
• Excellent presentation and analytical skills
• Proficient in Microsoft Office tools

Responsibilities

• Act as the primary contact for client pre-employment compliance issues and audits
• Follow audit schedules and ensure adherence to SOPs
• Provide oversight and leadership to the Global Compliance Specialist team
• Review compliance audit reports and report to senior management
• Escalate issues on a day-to-day basis for the Global Compliance Specialists
• Document issues and maintain tracking; create SOPs for the team
• Conduct audits to ensure compliance with Master Services Agreement and service standards
• Develop action plans with Pontoon PSP teams and Global Compliance Senior Manager
• Foster relationships with colleagues, clients and suppliers
• Participate in meetings, supplier forums, and training programs
• Contribute to special projects as assigned
