Job summary

Takeda Global Finance Center of Excellence in Łódź, Poland, seeks a Senior Compliance Coordinator, Central Controllership, to strengthen internal controls across markets and ensure SOX compliance.

You will monitor controls, maintain SOX documentation, perform access reviews, support reconciliations and reporting, and partner with Controllers, Finance Risk and Audit teams to drive continuous improvement within a centralized controllership function.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting/Finance or related field.
• 5+ years in accounting/finance/internal controls in a multinational setting.
• Strong understanding of internal controls and SOX compliance.
• Proficient in IFRS/finance knowledge and data analysis.
• Experience documenting controls for external audit scrutiny.

Responsibilities

• Monitor and evaluate internal controls for SOX compliance and policy alignment.
• Maintain SOX documentation, risk/control matrices and evidence requirements.
• Support access reviews and reconciliation oversight across markets.
• Prepare quarterly close governance reports and KPI packs.
• Coordinate with external auditors and policy teams on control matters.
