Job summary

GSK in Poznań is seeking a Compliance Centre Lead to drive enterprise leadership of the global Compliance Centre, shaping how insight, technology, and standardized processes enable business risk management and timely decisions across markets.

You will oversee a scalable, high-quality compliant service, lead cross-functional teams, and deliver automation and AI-enabled insights to reduce cycle times and improve governance, reporting, and auditable controls.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Law, Business Administration, Risk Management, Data Analytics, or a related discipline.
• 10+ years of professional experience in Compliance, Risk Management, Legal, Investigations, Internal Controls, Audit, or related functions, including at least 5 years in a people leadership role.
• Experience leading cross-functional or global teams spanning multiple countries, business units, or functions.
• Experience managing or transforming a centralized service delivery, shared services, compliance operations, or governance function.
• Experience overseeing compliance case management, investigations, risk assessments, or control processes.
• Experience utilizing technology platforms, data analytics, dashboards, or reporting tools to monitor compliance risks.
• Experience presenting findings to executive leaders and governance committees.
• Experience coordinating resolution of cross-functional issues involving multiple stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Deliver enterprise leadership for the Compliance Centre and align decision rights and performance standards.
• Drive a scalable, high-quality global compliance service with robust governance and audit readiness.
• Translate case activity into risk signals and insights to inform market prioritisation.
• Shape the global compliance operating model and harmonise processes across platforms.
• Lead digital and AI-enabled transformation to improve cycle time and capacity.
• Engage senior stakeholders to align priorities and reinforce business ownership of risk.
• Oversee escalation and control effectiveness with rigorous documentation.
• Demonstrate measurable business impact by reducing duplication and focusing on high-value activities.
